Cynosure Design Group are currently seeking different level creative?interior designers to join our expanding practice at our Singapore and Shanghai office. We are an award winning creative design firm, also an active design society leader in creative industries field in Asia and our practice is widely published. We are looking for proven creative team talents, be highly organised, have the ability to manage numerous projects from concept through site, have good presentation skills and the ability to work closely with our directors, corporate client and others field consultants/specialist. With a minimum of three years or more of solid interiors architecture experience, preferably in the unique boutique hotel, fun F&B, high-end residential, modern banks field. Candidates must be able to lead a team in an interiors or architects office.

The ideal candidate will be confident, self motivated, a good communicator and competent in interior architecture practices. They will have strong design development, technical development and FF&E experience, the ability to run a project from start to finish with little direction, be interested in interiors and having fun and growing with our firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team with an exciting array of projects. Our current instructions include few multi-unit development in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chengdu, Guiling, Vietnam etc.

The successful applicant must have:

at least three years or more experience in luxury interior design
excellent presentation, conceptual and visualising skills, whether freehand or computer aided with an eye for detail
good experience of site meetings and liaising with architects, contractors and corporate clients
the confidence to manage a team, delegating tasks and providing support to other designers
the ability to demonstrate confident client handling skills and good time management is a must
proficiency in 3D Max, Photoshop, and AutoCAD preferred,
competency in Microsoft Office
fluent in written and spoken English
job may require travelling
ability to work well in a team and to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
